• You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases

4.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent successful image processing, please contact us at support@fotis.ai, and we will evaluate your case on an individual basis.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOTIS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
